What we collect

Account details from Google sign-in or email sign-up: your name and email address.

Profile details you enter: role, institution, department, field of study, WhatsApp number, bio, Google Scholar link, and profile and cover photos.

Lab applications and payments: your name, institution, phone number, payment method, transaction ID and the payment screenshot you upload.

Workspace activity: lab memberships, messages you send in lab chats and meetings you schedule.

How we use it

To run your account, review lab applications, verify payments, give you access to your labs, and let lab members work together.

We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who can see it

Payment screenshots and application details are visible only to you and ScholarLabs AI admins.

Lab chat messages are visible only to members of that lab. Profile photos are publicly accessible by link.

Data is stored with our hosting and database provider, Supabase, which processes it on our behalf.

Your choices

You can edit your profile at any time from the Profile page. To delete your account and its data, contact the ScholarLabs AI team and we will remove it.

Changes

We will update this page when our data practices change and change the date at the top.
