Using ScholarLabs AI

ScholarLabs AI connects student researchers, lead researchers and supervisors through virtual research labs. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

You must give accurate information in your profile and applications, keep your sign-in secure, and use the platform only for lawful research and learning.

Lab enrolment and payments

Paid lab plans are paid manually through bKash, Nagad or Rocket. Your seat is confirmed only after an admin verifies the transaction ID and payment screenshot you submit.

If a payment cannot be verified, the application is rejected. Contact us about refunds before your seat is confirmed; after confirmation, refunds are handled case by case.

Your content

You keep ownership of the research, messages and files you share. You give ScholarLabs AI permission to store and show that content to the lab members and admins who need it to run the lab.

Do not post content you do not have the right to share, plagiarised work, or anything abusive. We may remove such content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Publications and certificates

Co-authorship, publication and certificates depend on your contribution and on the decisions of supervisors, journals and reviewers. ScholarLabs AI does not guarantee that any paper will be accepted.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
